DELTA MARINE LOGISTICS, LLC. is committed to meeting the following QSMS objectives:

• It is an expectation of employment for all employees to work safely, have NO Accidents/Incidents and ZERO Spills
• Safe Transit- The safety of Personnel and Equipment will take precedence over Scheduling and Financial Economic considerations at ALL times.
• All Employees are empowered to utilize Stop Work Authority if they perceive any job task to be unsafe.

EVERY EMPLOYEE HAS THE RIGHT AND ABILITY TO UTILIZE STOP WORK AUTHORITY!

• Provide for safe practices including a safe working environment.
• Assess all identified risks to ships and establish appropriate Safeguards.
• Continuously improve safety management skills by preparing for emergencies related both to safety and environmental protection.
• Document ALL Stop Work Authority incidents

CONTRABAND AND DRUG/ALCOHOL POLICY

Being under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol, possessing any firearms while working or while on Company premises is strictly prohibited. The unauthorized use, possession, sale, transfer, storage or manufacturer of illegal substances or drug paraphernalia; the abuse of illegal drugs; or the unauthorized use, possession or sale of alcoholic beverages by any employee of Delta Marine Logistics, LLC is strictly prohibited. No Delta Marine Logistics, LLC employee will report to work, enter company premises or conduct company business under the influence of illegal/controlled substances or alcohol.

Every Employee has the obligation and right to utilize Stop Work Authority if any behavior and/or task is witnessed, perceived and/or believed to be unsafe.

HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

It is the policy of Delta Marine Logistics, LLC. to provide a place of employment that is as safe as possible from identified risks, promote accident prevention, by instituting pollution prevention programs, wellness programs and to comply with all applicable regulatory standards and regulations.

Since safety, accident prevention, pollution prevention and wellness programs are operational responsibilities, all employees, at every level are responsible to use good judgment and diligently and consistently apply company guidelines in order to prevent job related injuries and illnesses, property damage and/or environmental incidents. Every employee will be expected to demonstrate a positive attitude toward this policy.
